ABOUT US
After spending many years of my life working in event management and marketing, I began to feel "the clock ticking" too fast and sensed that it was time to make sure I had more opportunities to link up with friends and family. If I was feeling that way, I was certain that there were many other women who needed time to escape from their busy lives and have a day away with no cares, lots of laughter, and memorable experiences shared with their special gal pals. So with that concept in mind, and support from my own wonderful girlfriends, the first bus filled with adventure seeking women in May 2005.
Since then, women have shared their experiences with other friends and relatives, and radio and newspaper interviews have provided featured coverage. The tours have grown to pack the buses with hundreds of women from MN and surrounding states.
Whatever circumstances are taking place in women's lives, they've been able to jump off the normal routine, at least for one day, and involve themselves in seeing things they've read about or thought about, do things they've wanted to try or never knew existed, and have the day planned without them doing any of the preparation.
When life seems ho-hum, the surprise of a mystery outing is just what a girl may need to rejuvenate. That's what the Girlfriends' Mystery Tours are all about!
